Jonathan brings over a decade of legal experience at top firms like Wilson Sonsini and Fenwick & West, where he advised everyone from scrappy startups to Fortune 500s on everything from data protection to AI risk. His background in combat leadership and operational security shapes a disciplined, risk-based legal approach rooted in mission clarity and execution.

He holds a Master of Information and Cybersecurity from UC Berkeley, a JD from Santa Clara University, and dual degrees in Math and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. Beyond his practice, Jonathan leads educational initiatives in AI and privacy law, and serves as President-Elect of the Hon. William A. Ingram Inn of Court.
